摘　　要：交通繁忙、建筑密集的城市中心区的狭窄场地实现快速施工已逐渐成为施工中一个制约性问题。立足于北京饭店二期改扩建工程的施工实践,详细分析了该工程实现狭窄场地快速施工的特点与难点,针对性提出了一系列有效措施。以坑内布置临建、下沉式地泵房、阶段性场地布置、不同作业面塔式起重机布置实现了场地布置四维化;以阶段性验收、工序插入的有效手段将部分关键线路转化为非关键线路;不断优化施工方案,通过低强度等级混凝土回填肥槽、钢筋桁架模板的使用、后浇带的优化等技术措施压缩绝对工期。总之,这些方法有效解决地处闹市区狭窄场地大型公共建筑的场地布置和快速施工,在保证工程质量的前提下快速施工。The narrow construction site in the central city with busy traffic and dense building has been restricted construction speed.Taking the stage Ⅱ reconstruction and extension project of Beijing Hotel for example,the authors analyze the characteristics and difficulties of rapid construction in narrow construction site of the project and put forward some series of effective measures.4-D site arrangement is efficiently implemented by setting out temporary building in foundation,sinking pump building,site arrangement by stage and tower arrangement on different working surfaces.Part of key construction routes is transferred to non-key-construction-route by acceptance by stages and process intersection.The absolute construction period is shorten by optimizing construction scheme continuously with fulfilling foundation with lower strength class of concrete,the use of steel bar truss formwork and optimizing late-pouring belt.These measures can effectively solve the construction site arrangement and rapid construction of large public building in narrow construction site located in busy city central,and can construct rapidly on the premise of assuring engineering quality.
