摘　　要：北京市科委与首都高校、科研院所、企业共同实践，形成了促进科技资源开放共享的“北京模式”。在介绍首都科技资源概况的基础上，阐述“北京模式”的系统设计，总结“北京模式”的创新成果，最后对“北京模式”的长效机制进行探讨。To promote sharing of science and technology resource in universities, enterprise in recent. Beijing Municipal Science and Technology Commission explored research institutes and Beijing Mode with their practice. This paper analyzes the system design of Beijing Mode and summarizes its highlights of innovation based on the overview of science and technology resource in Beijing. Finally, this paper discusses the sustainability of this mode.
