摘　　要：为了开辟一条农民获得高校图书馆信息服务的途径，缩小城乡数字鸿沟，本文分析了当前农村信息化建设情况，介绍了WAP技术开发及其在信息服务中的优点，提出要结合地方高校图书馆的技术、人力资源与信息资源优势，利用WAP技术通过移动通信网络构建一套服务体系来服务于新农村信息化建设，然后具体介绍了该服务体系实施3个步骤以及该服务体系建设中应注意的问题。In order to open an approach that farmers can access college＇s library information services, to reduce the digital application difference between urban and rural area, this paper analyzes the current situation of informatization construction in rural area, introduces the development of WAP technology and its advantage in information service, proposes to use mobile networks to build a service system to serve the new rural information construction by WAP technology, bringing together University Library＇s technology, human resources and information resources, and then specifically describes the three steps of its implementation and the problems that should attend in construction.
