珠蛋白肽对早期断奶仔猪生长性能和血液指标的影响

摘　　要：120头35日龄的长×大二元去势公猪随机分成3组,分别为基础日粮组、基础日粮+0.5%小肽组、基础日粮+1.0%小肽组,每组设4个重复,每个重复10头仔猪,试验期28d。结果表明:与对照组相比,0.5%小肽组平均日增重提高了10.9%(P<0.05),腹泻率降低52.1%(P<0.05);IgG、总蛋白、球蛋白、谷丙转氨酶分别提高了59.1%、19.8%、29.1%、49.2%(P<0.05),尿素氮浓度降低20.1%(P>0.05)。以上结果显示,珠蛋白肽能提高早期断奶仔猪生长性能,增强机体的免疫机能。One hundred and twenty male LandracexLarge white pigs with 35 days were randomly allotted into three groups：the control group, 0.5% small-peptides group and 1.0% small-peptides group.Each group consisted of four replications with 10 piglets per replication.The experiment lasted for 28 days. The results indicated that： Compared with the control,the average daily gain of 0.5% small-peptides group increased by 10.9%（P〈0.05） ,and the ratio of diarrhea ratio decreased by 52.1% （P〈0.05） ;IgG,ALT,the serum total protein and globin concentration raised by 59.1%, 19.8%,29.1%,49.2%（P〈 0.05）;the urea nitrogen concentration reduced by 20.1%（P〉0.05）;In conclusion,globin peptides may improve the growth performance and the immune function of early-weaned piglets.
