摘　　要：从区域卫生信息化的需求出发,详细论述了区域卫生信息化这一复杂的应用系统对体系架构的特殊要求。云计算正迅速地从概念和理论的探讨走向实际应用,从云计算的定义入手,简单介绍了云计算的实现模式、交付模式和面临的问题;之后着重讨论了区域卫生信息化与云计算的关系,明确指出:云计算技术可以对我国RHIN的建设在满足需求的层面给予强有力的技术支持,在考虑和设计区域卫生信息化平台的实现架构时,应给予足够的重视,甚至优先考虑。This article maps the characteristics of Cloud Computing to the requirements of Chinese RHIN to show that Cloud Computing can provide strong technical support in satisfying Chinese RHIN＇s unique requirements on systems architecture of the potential platform（s） that might host Chinese RHIN implementation（s）. It starts by capturing the unique requirements Chinese RHIN has for systems architecture. Then it talks about the concept of Cloud Computing, Cloud Computing＇s deployment model, delivery model, and the problems Cloud Computing faces in adoption of this new technology. Lastly it maps the characteristics of Cloud Computing to Chinese RHIN requirements on systems architectures. The conclusion is that adoption of Cloud Computing technology can inherently bring strong technical support in satisfying Chinese RHIN＇s unique requirements on systems architecture, and more studies need be carried out to further explore the option of adopting Cloud Computing technologies in Chinese RHIN implementation（s）.
