摘　　要：目的:通过构建统一的区域预约诊疗服务平台,提升医疗服务品质。方法:设计完整的预约诊疗流程,整合多种信息技术,开发预约诊疗服务系统,为患者提供更方便的预约服务。结果:促进了就医流程优化,缩短了患者在门诊停留的无效时间,增强了患者就医计划性。结论:预约诊疗是缓解患者挂号难、排队时间长的重要途径。Objective： building a unified regional clinical reservation service platform, to improve health care quality. Methods： designing complete process of clinical reservation, integrating a variety of information technologies, developing a clinical reservation service system, providing more convenient clinical reservation service for patients. Results： promoted the medical treatment process optimized, shorted out-patient stay in the dead time, enhanced patients＇ medical treatment planning. Conclusion： clinical reservation is an important way to relieve patients＇ registration difficulty and queue a long time.
