摘　　要：陈云在不同历史时期对党员干部的"学习"问题进行了系统论述。他认为学习是共产党员做好工作的必要条件和责任;党员干部要加强马克思列宁主义理论、中国历史、时事政治、自然科学和哲学知识学习;要学习马克思主义观察问题的立场、观点和方法;到实践中向人民群众学习;坚持批评与自我批评等等。这些论述对于我们推进学习型党组织建设具有重要意义。During his long revolutionary career,Chen Yun not only set an example to study Marxism-Leninism theory and a variety of scientific and cultural knowledge,but also published a series of expositions on the issue of Party Cadres＇ Learning.Currently,the Party Central Committee with Hu Jintao as general secretary is vigorously promoting the building of a party committed to learning.To review these expositions has great theoretical and practical significance.
