摘 要:区块整体调剖是改善注水开发效果的一项重要措施,根据盘223 块的渗透率、吸水剖面、注入动态和井口压降曲线等4 项因素,利用模糊数学的原理和方法,优选了适合于调剖的最佳调剖井,实现了调剖井选择的模糊控制。将常用堵剂及其性能参数建立成堵剂库,考虑堵剂与地层的配伍关系,利用专家系统的推理方法筛选了堵剂类型、设计了堵剂用量。在考虑堵剂注入过程中沿程损失的情况下,根据选择性注入条件的要求对调剖井的施工压力进行了设计。现场施工后,调剖井及其对应油井都见到了明显效果。调剖井的吸水剖面变得均匀,注水效果得到改善。区块产量递减得到控制,考虑措施前的递减,累计增产原油5919t。水驱曲线得到改善, 调剖后水驱曲线平缓,根据水驱曲线的变化评价出可采储量增加15 .0 ×104t,采收率增加4 .4 % 。Block wide profile control is an important measure to improve the result of water injection. In this paper, based on the permeability, injection profile, injection behavior and the pressure falling off curve of injection wells in Pan 2 23 block, the optimum wells for profile control are selected by fuzzy mathematics theory and method. A database of agent is designed based on the existed agents and their performance characteristics. According to the compatibility between the agent and the formation, the type and volume of agents are designed by means of Expert System. The pressure drop down pipeline being considered, the injection pressure of agent is designed based on the condition of selective plugging. After implementation, the treated wells and their corresponding oil wells are improved. The profile of the treated wells become more homogeneous. The result of water injection is improved greatly. The tendency of production decline is controlled. At the same time, the oil production rate is raised remarkably. The production decline before implementation is considered and the oil production is increased by 5919t. The result of water flooding is improved. 15.0×10 4 t recoverable reserves and 4.4% oil recovery factor in total has been increased, showing that the development result is improved greatly.
