摘 要:表面工程是当今材料科学与工程领域中一个特别重要、极具活力和备受关注的领域。纳米热喷涂开创了纳米表面工程新时代,并成为热喷涂技术新的发展方向。作者综述了纳米热喷涂涂层技术研究现状,指出未来我国应重点支持以下几个方面的研究:1.纳米热喷涂涂层成分结构设计和可控制备研究;2.有一定应用背景的或表现出优异性能的热喷涂涂层技术的应用基础研究;3.替代电镀硬铬的纳米热喷涂涂层技术;4.对国防建设和国民经济现代化有重大影响的纳米结构热障涂层技术;5.与轻量化相关的纳米热喷涂涂层技术;6.纳米结构喷涂及激光重熔复合表面处理技术;7.各种热喷涂涂层的纳米强韧化机理研究。我们应当抓住契机、增大投入,大力发展纳米热喷涂技术,增加我国的国防和经济实力以及国际竞争力。Surface engineering is becoming one of the particularly important, dynamic and increasingly focused area in materials science and engineering today. Nano-thermal spraying creates a new era of nano-surface engineering and becomes a new developing direction of thermal spray technology. The author reviewed the development status of nano-thermal spray coating technology and pointed out that priority should be given to the development of the following aspects. 1.Composition and microstructure design and controllable preparation for nano-thermal spray coating;2.Basic research for thermal spray coating technology with a certain application background or excellent performance;3. Nano-thermal spray coating technology that can replace hard chrome electroplating;4. Nanostructured thermal barrier coating technology having significant influence on national defense construction and national economy modernization;5.Nano-thermal spray coating technology related to lightweight;6.Composite surface treatment technology combined nano-structured coating and laser remelting; 7. Strengthening and toughening mechanisms of various nano-thermal spray coatings. In order to increase our national defense, economic strength and international competitiveness,we should seize the opportunity to increase investment and develop nano-thermal spraying technology.
