摘 要:采用热喷涂工艺制备NiCrAl/B.e封严涂层,研究了NiCrAl/B.e涂层与钛合金对磨时的高温和室温摩擦磨损性能。利用MRH-3型滑动磨损试验机测试室温摩擦磨损性能,采用MMS-1型销盘式磨损试验机测试涂层在600℃下的摩擦磨损性能,并通过SEM和EDS分析了磨损表面和磨屑的形貌及成份。结果表明:室温下NiCrAl/B.e涂层的摩擦系数为0.4左右;600℃高温下摩擦系数约为室温下的1/2。NiCrAl/B.e涂层的磨损机制以磨粒磨损为主,伴随轻微的粘着磨损。涂层中的膨润土润滑相在涂层减摩性能中具有重要作用。NiCrAl/B.e seal coatings were prepared by thermal spray technology. It was studied on the friction and wear properties of NiCrAl/B.e coatings rubbing against titanium alloy at room-temperature and high-temperature. MRH-3 type block-on-ring wear tester was used to test the room-temperature sliding friction behavior,and MMS-1G type pin-on-disk friction and wear tester was used to test its high-temperature friction and wear properties. The wear surfaces and grindings were observed and analyzed by Scanning Electron Microscope and Energy Dispersive Spectrometer. The results show the room-temperature friction coefficient of NiCrAl/B.e coatings is about 0.4 and the friction coefficient at 600℃ is approximately half of the room-temperature one. The wear mechanism of NiCrAl/B.e coatings is particle wear accompanied by slight adherence wear. Lubricant bentonite in coatings plays an important role for antifriction action of NiCrAl/B.e coatings.
