摘　　要：活性燃烧高速燃气(AC-HVAF)喷涂工艺是近年发展起来的超音速火焰喷涂的一种新技术,其主要特点是涂层氧化物低、涂层致密,具有优越的耐磨损和耐腐蚀能力。本文主要介绍了AC-HVAF工艺涂层的各项优异性能,并指出AC-HVAF工艺应用于电站设备具有广阔的前景。Activated Combustion HVAF Spraying （AC-HVAF） is an advanced method of high velocity oxygen fuel spraying,the coating’s main characteristic is low oxide,dense,high wear resistance and high corrosion resistance.This paper introduces the excellent properties of AC-HVAF coating and also points out the application prospects in power station equipment of the AC-HVAF process.
