摘 要:采用预涂和感应重熔方法在45#钢上制备了Ni60熔覆层。对熔覆层的宏观照片、SEM、EDS、XRD和硬度进行了分析。结果表明:A+B粘接剂可以制备重熔效果良好的熔覆层。重熔后试样表面有大量灰黑色残渣,局部有些凸凹不平。重熔后界面附近的显微组织分为三部分:基体-过渡区-涂层熔覆区。涂层熔覆区为Ni基的,其上分布着块状组织、碳化物和富含Cr的硬质相,且含有Si的氧化物和孔洞。过渡区内发生了冶金结合。预涂和感应重熔后试样的洛氏硬度值为53.6HRC,涂层熔覆层上距基体不同距离的几个点处维氏硬度值在700HV0.3左右。Ni60 Cladding Layers on 45# steel were made by pre-coating and induction remelting. These cladding Layers were analyzed by means of macro photographs, SEM, EDS, XRD and hardness. The results show that using A adhesives and B adhesives can make cladding layers well. There were some grey and black residue in specimen’s surface after induction remelting, part of specimen was rugged. After induction remelting,the cross-section of specimen’s interface can be divided into three parts:substrate, intermediate zone and cladding area. Cladding area was Ni-based, and it contained massive microstructure, carbide, Cr-rich region which was hard phase, it also had oxide of Si and pores. The metallurgical bonding occurred in intermediate zone. The Rockwell hardness of specimen was 53.6HRC,and the micro-hardness of each point in different distances from substrate was about 700HV0.3.
