摘　　要：从图书馆自身优势、图书馆自身发展等方面作了深入分析,指出了图书馆是构建阅读社会的中坚力量,定期举办读书活动是图书馆在构建阅读社会中发挥作用的有效方式,探讨了构建阅读社会中图书馆的职责与对策。Based on the analysis of the own advantages and self-development of the libraries,this paper points out that constructing the reading society is the duties and mission of library,and holding regularly reading activities is an effective way to promote the function.
