摘　　要：通过对实例哈尔滨市某园林环境等存在问题的分析,阐述了寒地园林的特点及环境设计应考虑的因素,并且在此基础上提出寒地园林规划的营造方法及策略,以指导实践。The paper analyzes the problems in some garden environment of Harbin, illustrates the features for the gardens in cold regions and the factors which should be considered in design, and points out the establishing methods and strategies for the gardening planning in cold regions, so as to direct the practice.
