摘  要:用有限元法的间隙元理论对侧钻水平井下部钻具进行了力学分析研究,考虑了钻柱与井壁之间的接触摩擦阻力和阻力矩对钻具受力变形的影响,从而计算钻头处变井斜力.根据钻压和钻头处变井斜力,对钻具造斜性能进行预测,为139.7mm套管内侧钻水平井钻具的工程设计和施工决策提供了理论依据,为优选下部钻具组合提供了实用计算方法.经现场应用,钻具造斜率平均误差为8.6%.The mechanical analysis of BHA in sidetracking horizontal well is carried out by gap element method, which can precisely calculate the inclined force of a bit, considering the contact friction resistance and torque between drill stem and hole wall. The BHA building angle is predicted according to the drilling pressure and inclined force of a bit, which can provide the theory method so as to design and practice the BHA and actual calculated method in order to optimize BHA in sidetracking horizontal well. Through field experiments, it is shown that the average error of BHA building angle is 8.6% which is more precise and can be widely used in drilling engineering.
