摘  要:目的利用火焰原子吸收光谱法(FAAS)测定不同品种芦荟中微量元素的含量.方法以浓硝酸:高氯酸(体积比4∶1)为消化液,在常压微沸条件下对芦荟样品进行消化.采用空气-乙炔火焰原子吸收光谱法测定几种芦荟中微量元素含量.结果测定了五种芦荟样品中的Ca、Mg、Zn、Fe、Cu、Mn、Cd等7种微量元素,这几种芦荟中均含有丰富的Ca、Mg元素,Cd元素均未检出.木立芦荟和不夜城芦荟中这几种微量元素的含量较高.除Ca、Mg元素外,华芦荟中Zn的含量最高;库拉索芦荟和海虎兰中Fe的含量最高;木立芦荟中Fe、Zn的含量都较高,而且凝胶中的含量高于其叶皮中的含量;不夜城芦荟中Fe、Zn的含量都较高,但其叶皮中的含量高于凝胶中的含量.结论不同品种的芦荟中微量元素含量不同;芦荟叶皮与其凝胶汁液中微量元素含量不同.Objective To determine the trace elements of Aloe in different species by flame atomic absorption spectrometry(FAAS).Methods Different Aloe samples were digested with concentrated nitric acid perchloric acid(4∶1) as a digestive solution,micro-boiling at atmospheric pressure.A flame atomic absorption spectrometry with air-acetylene was adopted to detect trace elements in various samples.Results Determination of the trace elements including Ca,Mg,Zn,Fe,Cu,Mn and Cd in five kinds of Aloe was conducted by atomic absorption spectrometry.Most were rich in elements of Ca and Mg.The element of Cd was not discovered.The content of trace elements in Aloe arborescens and Aloe nobilis were generally higher.In addition to Ca and Mg elements,the content of Zn was the highest in Chinese Aloe vera;content of Fe was the highest in Aloe vera and Aloe×delaetii;contents of Fe and Zn are higher in Aloe arborescens,and the content in its gel was higher than in the leaves skin;contents of Fe and Zn were higher in Aloenobilis,but the contents in skin of leaves were higher than in its gel.Conclusion The different species of Aloe have the different contents of trace elements;the contents of trace elements in Aloe leaf skin and in its gel are different.
