摘　　要：文章将我国新建铁路客运专线隧道施工中监控与量测技术应用而产生的可控性及实效性,对照施工实践所反馈的信息以及近年来国内外监控与量测技术成就,总结一些经验和教训。The article analyzes the controllability and effectiveness resulted of monitoring and measurement technology＇s application in China＇s new railway passenger line tunnel construction,compared with the feedback information of construction practice and the technological achievements of monitoring and measurement at home and abroad in recent years,summarizes some experience and lessons.
