摘 要:结合某工程实际,研究其大坝抗冲磨部位使用的抗冲磨混凝土的配合比设计。并对试验配合比的抗冲磨混凝土的力学变形性能、抗冲磨性能、抗裂性能以及抗渗性能和抗冻性能进行试验研究。同时,对掺入抗冲磨剂、聚羧酸类减水剂、萘系减水剂的抗冲磨混凝土的抗裂性能进行对比试验研究,结果表明:不同种类的外加剂对抗冲磨混凝土的抗裂性能有较大的影响。The mix design of the anti-abrasion concrete used in the anti-abrasion parts of the dam is studied on the basis of the engineering practice in this paper.The properties of the anti-abrasion concrete were also tested,including mechanical deformation,anti-abrasion performance,crack resistance,permeability resistance and frost resistance.Besides,a contrastive test on the crack resistance of the anti-abrasion concrete is performed by incorporating anti-abrasion agent,poly-carboxylic acid water reducer and Naphthalene series superplasticizer into concrete.The experiment results indicate that different kinds of admixture have significant effect on the crack resistance of the anti-abrasion concrete.
