摘  要:准确衡量风电消纳能力是进行风电规划、电网运行方式和调度计划安排的基础。从资源有效利用和整合的视角研究风电消纳能力是目前国内外的热点,介绍了Balmorel模型的特点和适用性,并基于该模型对某省2011年风电实际消纳能力进行模拟。结果表明,基于小时级生产模拟的Balmorel模型,能够准确计算在现有边界条件下,接入一定规模风电,该省的风电消纳能力,并且能够灵活模拟不同策略下风电消纳能力的提高情况。While accurate measurement of wind power accommodation capacity is the foundation of wind power planning, power grid operation and dispatching scheduling, effective use and integration of resources has become a hot spot issue both at home and abroad. This paper introduces the features and applicability of the Balmorel model, and makes a simulation of the actual wind power accommodation of a certain province in 2011 based on the model. The result shows that the Balmorel model, when applied to hourly production simulation, can accurately calculate the accommodation capacity of the province within the existing boundaries, with a certain scale of wind power connected. The model can also flexibly simulate increases of wind power accommodation with different patterns of resource utilization.
