参芪救元汤对2型糖尿病大鼠血糖、血脂的影响

摘　　要：目的:观察参芪救元汤对2型糖尿病大鼠血糖、血脂的影响。方法:以高脂饲料诱导加链脲佐菌素(STZ)25 mg·kg-1 ip建立大鼠2型糖尿病模型,随机分为模型组、盐酸二甲双胍组(剂量0.25 g·kg-1)及参芪救元汤高、低剂量组(以生药量计,10,5 g·kg-1)。所有药物ig给药2周,观察参芪救元汤对2型糖尿病大鼠空腹血糖(FBG)、血脂及胰岛素含量(Ins)的影响。结果:参芪救元汤能降低2型糖尿病大鼠的血糖,治疗组给药7,14 d后血糖较模型组明显下降(P<0.05);与模型组相比,参芪救元汤可降低2型糖尿病大鼠的胆固醇(TC)及甘油三酯(TG)并升高高密度脂蛋白(HDL-C)及Ins含量(P<0.05)。结论:参芪救元汤可降低2型糖尿病大鼠的血糖、血脂,其作用机制可能与促进分泌Ins、改善脂质代谢有关。Objective：To observe the effect of Shenqi Jiuyuan Decoction on blood glucose and blood lipids in rats with type 2 diabetes.Method： With feeding high fat diet for a certain duration,the diabetic rat model was established through intraperitoneal injection of STZ of 25 mg·kg-1.And then the diabetic rats were randomly divided into 4 groups： model control group,merformin hydrochloride group（0.25 g·kg-1）,high dosage of Shenqi Jiuyuan Decoction（10 g·kg-1）,and low dosage of Shenqi Jiuyuan Decoction（5 g·kg-1）.After 2 weeks＇ medical ig administration,the influence of Shenqi Jiuyuan Decoction on type 2 diabetic rats regarding fast blood glucose,blood lipids,and insulin content was evaluated.Result： Compared with the model control group,Shenqi Jiuyuan Decoction could significantly reduce blood glucose in type 2 diabetic rats,with significant hypoglycemic effect after administration for 7 days and 14 days（P0.05）.Compared with the model control group,Shenqi Jiuyuan Decoction could decrease the serum total cholesterol and triglyceride concentration,as well as increase the serum high density lipoprotein cholesterol and the insulin content（P0.05）.Conclusion： Shenqi Jiuyuan Decoction has hypoglycemic and hypolipidemic effects,which may be related to promotion of insulin secretion and regulation of lipids metabolism.
