糖足消足浴治疗早期糖尿病足47例

摘　　要：目的:观察自拟糖足消足浴治疗气虚血瘀型早期糖尿病足的临床疗效。方法:共100例病人入组,采用简单随机法分为治疗组和对照组各50例,分别采用糖足消和安慰剂(配制着色剂)足浴,隔日1次,每次20 min,疗程12周,观察临床症状、踝壁血压指数、肢体位置试验等指标的变化。结果:治疗组和对照组分别有47例和45例纳入分析,总有效率分别为82.98%和51.11%,组间差异显著(P<0.05)。与治疗前比,治疗组在治疗8周后中医证候积分明显下降(P<0.05),而对照组在治疗12周后才见明显下降(P<0.05)。治疗12周后,治疗组踝臂血压指数上升明显(P<0.05),而对照组无明显变化。结论:糖足消足浴治疗早期糖尿病足具有较好的临床疗效,可以有效改善临床症状,见效快,操作方便,适合在社区推广与应用。Objective：To observe the treatment efficacy of Tangzuxiao for early diabetic foot.Method：A total of 100 patients were enrolled,simple random method was used to divide them into treatment group and control group（n=50,each）.Treatment group was used Tangzuxiao and control group was used similar colorant foot bath,for 20 minutes every other day,for 12 weeks.Result：Forty-seven cases of treatment group and 45 cases of control group were included in the analysis.The toatl effective rate was 82.98% and 51.11%（P0.05）.After 12 weeks of treatment,the treatment group significantly increased ankle-brachial blood pressure index（P0.05）,while the control group did not change significantly.Conclusion：Tangzuxiao can effectively improve the clinical symptoms,with its quick and easy operated advantages.It is suitable for promotion and application in the community.
