异相添加剂对超临界CO_2膨胀降压过程的影响分析

摘  要:从宏观角度,利用稀溶液性质分析了异相添加剂在CO_2流体中的热力学特性。结果表明,添加微量的易挥发的气体添加剂,可使超临界CO_2在较高的压力下发生相变,而且所加添加剂易于形成汽化核心,从而提高膨胀过程中的核化率。根据液体的准晶格理论,从微观角度分析了异相添加剂可提高超临界CO_2快速膨胀降压过程中膨胀功的影响机理。通过实验对比分析,结果表明:有异相添加剂的膨胀机性能略高于无异相添加剂下的膨胀机性能,从而验证了异相添加剂对超临界CO_2膨胀过程的影响饥理的理论分析。This article macroscopically analyzed the thermodynamic properties of heterogeneous additives which exist in the carbon dioxide fluid on the basis of dilute solution theory.The results indicate that minim volatile gaseous additives make the supercritical carbon dioxide undergo the phase transition under the higher pressure and they are apt to form evaporation cores.Those can improve the nucleation rate of the expansion and depressurization process.According to quasicrystal structures theory,the article also research influence mechanism of heterogeneous additives on the improvement on the expansion work in the rapid expansion and depressurization process of supercritical carbon dioxide from microcosmic angle.The performance experiment of carbon dioxide expander with heterogeneous additives was carried out,the experimental results present that the performance of carbon dioxide expander with heterogeneous additives is higher that of carbon dioxide expander without heterogeneous additives,which agrees with the above theoretical analysis.
