摘  要:为了考察湿地植物大狼把草对猪场废水中污染物的净化能力,采用基质栽培法研究了大狼把草在猪场废水中的生长特性及其对氮、磷的去除率。结果表明:该植物在氨氮浓度100mg/L左右的废水中能正常生长,单株植物的干质量达到245.8g,其氮、磷积累量分别为5.63和0.42g,在每株植物处理水量9L、水力停留时间(HRT)7d时,大狼把草在营养生长期和花果期对废水中氨氮、总氮及化学需氧量CODCr的平均去除率都在80%以上,对总磷的平均去除率在60%以上。由此可见,大狼把草对猪场废水有较强的耐污能力和较好的净化效果,可用于人工湿地处理畜禽养殖废水。In order to investigate removal effects of Bidens frondosa on several pollutants in swine wastewater, experiments were carried out by aggregate culture to study the growth characteristics and removal rates of nitrogen and phosphorus of Bidens frondosa in swine wastewater. The results showed that the plant could grow normally in the wastewater with ammonia nitrogen concentration of 100 mg/L, and plant biomass dry weight was 245.8 g, its accumulated amount of nitrogen and phosphorus in individual plant was 5.63 and 0.42 g respectively. At the treatment capacity of 9 L and the hydraulic retention time (HRT) 7 d, the average removal rate of ammonia nitrogen, total nitrogen and COD were above 80% and the average removal rate of the total phosphorus was above 60% in the period vegetative growth and flower fruit of Bidens frondosa. Therefore, Bidens frondosa can be applied to constructed wetland, which had better bearing dirty ability and treatment performances on swine wastewater.
