摘  要:目前,国内永置式压力、温度监测系统中,井下传感系统主要是采用电子元件、钢丝外铠装,从而导致井口穿越密封效果差、不具有抗腐蚀功能等。为此,结合普光气田高含硫、深井气藏的工况条件,详细阐述了PROMORE永置式测试系统的工作原理及主要技术指标,因其井下采用了ERD传感系统、外钢管电缆铠装、Swagelok扣金属对金属进行密封的技术,消除了井下电子部件受高温、高压环境的影响所带来的故障隐患,具有抗腐蚀及气密封性好等特点。经普光气田现场应用,获取了可靠的试气资料和开发过程中的井下压力、温度数据,通过对生产数据的分析,为进一步落实普光气田的储量提供了准确的基础资料。该装置的成功应用,标志着高含硫、深井气藏井下永置式监测问题可以得到根本性的解决。In domestic permanent pressure/temperature monitoring systems,the underground sensor system consists of electronic components and steel wire armored,which results in the poor performance in both seal through wellhead and corrosion proof.In view of this,the PROMORE MORET,a kind of foreign permanent test system,is applied in the Puguang Gas Field under such conditions of high sulfur and deep buried pay zone;and its working principle and main technical indicators are illustrated in detail.In this system,with the help of the techniques such as ERD sensor systems,cable armour of steel,and Swagelok buckle metal to metal seal,the hidden danger of underground electronic components caused by high pressure and temperature can be eliminated.That is why the PROMORE MORET has a better performance in corrosion proof and air tightness.With this system applied in the Puguang Gas Field,reliable well test and downhole data including pressure and temperature during the development are obtained and analyzed,providing accurate basic information for the determination of the reserves of this field.This is also a sign that the underground permanent monitoring problems of ultra-deep gas wells with high sulfur will be solved basically.
