摘  要:钻井工程设计是钻井施工的综合性技术指导文件,井身结构设计是钻井工程设计的重要内容之一。胜利油田车西北带深层多压力体系并存、低承压砂岩层连续发育、钻井液密度窗口窄,钻井过程中出现井漏、井涌、卡钻、套管断裂等复杂情况。文章总结分析了车西北带深层原井身结构的不足和施工中存在的问题,提出了井身结构优化后方案,现场应用取得了良好的效果。Casing program design is very significant in the drilling design. The complex geologic structure existed in the deep zone of Northern Chexi Sub-sag, such as multi-pressure system, continual sandstone formation with low-fracture pressure, and limited mud density window, meanwhile, some complex problems were occurred during drilling, such as lost circulation , well kick, bit freezing and casing failure etc. According to above problems, the optimization project of casing program was put forward. Through field application of optimum project, the good results were obtained in the exploration well in deep zone of Chexi Sub-sag.
