摘  要:分支井汇流时会给油管柱一个激振力,当激振力作用在油管柱上,必然油管柱会产生一个动力响应。如果响应产生的频率与固有频率接近时,则会发生共振,从而导致油管柱结构的损坏或加剧油管柱的破坏。在固体力学理论的基础上,采用有限元分析方法,利用通用大型有限元软件ANSYS,建立了分支井油管柱汇流有限元力学模型,分析了油管柱振动固有特性,并对控制阀距离上部封隔器不同安装位置时的振动频率进行了分析,最终对油管柱结构动力响应状态进行了数值模拟。该研究为井下控制阀位置的合理安装,进而保证油管柱安全工作奠定了理论基础。It will give tubing column an exciting force when there is a confluence of lateral well, when exciting force acts on the tubing column, the tubing string will generate a dynamic respense. Resonance occurs if the frequency generated by respense is close to the natural frequency. It makes structural damage to the tubing column or exacerbates the destruction to the tubing column. Based on solid mechanics theory, with the finite element method, using common finite element software ANSYS, a lateral well tubing column convergence finite element model was established, the inherent characteristics of the tubing column vibration was analyzed, and the vibration frequencies of different installation location of control valves away form the upper packer were also analyzed, finally, the state of structural dynamic response of the tubing column was simulated. This study provided the theoretical foundation for the reasonable installation of the downhole control valves and further more ensured the safety for the tubing column.
