摘 要:常规弯外壳螺杆钻具多数在外壳上带有一近钻头稳定器,在滑动导向时常出现拖压情况,严重影响深部井段井眼轨迹导向效果。同时,这种螺杆钻具钻出的井眼螺旋特征明显,严重影响井眼轨迹控制质量。文章提出一种新型结构的高效导向螺杆钻具,其在传动头上带有一个螺旋稳定器,这样可以缩短稳定器到钻头的距离,而且能使稳定器井下始终处于旋转状态。在首先对其强度特征进行计算并提出结构优化方案的基础上,对相关BHA的导向力进行了计算分析。结果表明,这种高效螺杆钻具不但可以提高滑动导向能力,而且可以提高复合钻井导向能力。实际使用资料表明,这种高效导向螺杆钻具不仅可以很好的解决深部井段常规螺杆滑动导向所具有的拖压问题,而且可以钻出更光滑的井眼。There is usually a stabilizer on the conventional bent housing positive displacement motor(PDM), and this will lead to the difficulty of putting weight on bit. Then the steering efficiency of BHA in deeper section of a well would be affected, and a spiral hole would be drilled when the double driven drilling teehnology was used, which would influence the quality of well trajectory. In this paper, a new effective steering PDM was developed. Different from the conventional bend PDM, the stabilizer was on the head of drive shaft, thus the stabilizer would be more closed to bit and rotate continuously when the PDM was working, Based on the analysis of strength, the structure of effective steering PDM was optimized. The steering ability of BHA with this PDM was also analyzed. The calculation results showed that the effective steering PDM could improve not only the slide steering ability, but also the rotary steering ability. The application results showed that the weight could be easily put on the bit, and a smooth hole could be drilled with effective steering PDM.
