摘　　要：目的:建立一种同时测定柴胡属植物地上部分6种黄酮类成分含量的HPLC法。方法:采用Hanbon ODS C18色谱柱(150 mm×6 mm,5μm),流动相A为0.1%甲酸水溶液,B为甲醇-乙腈(5∶1),梯度洗脱,检测波长360 nm。结果:建立了芦丁、广寄生苷、水仙苷、槲皮素、山奈素、异鼠李素的HPLC含量测定方法,6种指标性成分在各自浓度范围内线性关系良好(r2>0.999 7);平均回收率分别为98.35%,99.18%,100.95%,99.05%,98.77%和98.25%;方法重复性RSD分别为0.75%,1.02%,1.55%,1.29%,0.45%和0.56%。结论:该法灵敏快捷,适于柴胡属植物中黄酮类成分的分离与测定。Objective： To establish an HPLC method for determination of six flavonoids from the aerial parts of the civilian medicine Bupleurum.Methods： The separation was performed on a Hanbon ODS C18 column（150mm×6mm,5μm）;mobile phase comprised solvent A（0.1% formic acid aqueous） and solvent B（methanol-acetonitrile V∶V=5∶1） and gradient elution mode was applied;detective wavelength was at 360nm.Results： An HPLC method was established to determine the contents of rutin,quercetin-3-o-arabinoside,narcissin,quercetin,kaempferide,and isorhamnetin.All targeted components had a good linear relation（r2〉0.9997）,the average recovery rates were 98.35%,99.18%,100.95%,99.05%,98.77% and 98.25%;RSDs in the repeatability test were 0.75%,1.02%,1.55%,1.29%,0.45% and 0.56%.Conclusion： The method is sensitive and rapid,and can be used for quality control of flavonoids.
