摘  要:湖北省麻城至武汉高速公路控制性工程——观石河大桥地处大别山脉中低山区,主桥为(67+3×120+67)m 5跨预应力混凝土连续刚构,分左、右两幅,主梁为箱形结构,主桥桥墩采用双肢变截面矩形空心薄壁墩。考虑该类型桥梁在建设和运营过程中常出现的病害,设计中箱梁高度和底板厚度均采用二次抛物线变化,以改善结构受力情况,并且采用动态、全寿命设计理念,设置一定数量的顶、底板预应力束备用孔道,在施工或运营过程中必要时启动。主梁采用三角斜拉式后支点挂篮悬浇施工,0号块采用型钢托架施工。桥梁建成后的荷载试验结果显示,桥梁承载能力满足设计要求。Located in the middle-low mountainous area of the Dabie Mountain Range,the Guanshi River Bridge is a control project of Macheng-Wuhan Expressway in Hubei Province.The main bridge of the Bridge is a five-span prestressed concrete continuous rigid-frame bridge arranged in separated left and right bridges with span arrangement(67+33×120+67) m,the main girder is of box structure,and the piers of the bridge are designed as two-leg rectangular thin-wall hollow piers with variable sections.In view of the common problems or deterioration that may appear in the construction and operation processes of such type of bridges,the depth of the box girder and the thickness of the bottom slabs were all determined based on the variation of quadratic parabola in the design to improve the mechanical behavior of the structures.And in accordance with the dynamic and life cycle design concept,a given amount of standby ducts for the prestressing strands in the top and bottom slabs were reserved,which would be used in either the construction or operation process if needed.The main girder was cantileveredly cast by triangular cable-stayed form travelers with rear supports and segments No.0 were cast with shaped steel brackets.The load test results of the completed bridge indicate that the bearing capacity of the bridge can meet the design requirements.
