从法律和经济视角剖析我国探矿权市场化

摘　　要：我国的经济目标是要建立有中国特色的社会主义市场经济体制,探矿权市场化无疑要纳入这一体制的范畴之中。由于现时经济水平、政策环境以及法律环境的影响,已凸显出探矿权市场化相对滞后,探矿权市场化程度的高低也影响区域经济的发展水平。为此,实现矿产资源市场化配置,必须要清除探矿权市场化中的体制障碍与法律障碍,为探矿权市场化的路径选择开辟道路。The economic goal of China is to build socialism with Chinese characteristics market economy,including prospecting right marketization.As the economic level,the policy environment and legal environment,it is shown that the market is lagging behind prospecting right.Besides,prospecting and market-oriented rates will also affect the level of regional economic development.In order to allocate mineral resources for prospecting right market-oriented path,the institutional barriers and legal barriers must be eliminated.
