牵引配合推拿治疗腰椎间盘突出症的临床观察

摘　　要：目的研究牵引配合推拿治疗腰椎间盘突出症的临床效果,探讨中医治疗腰椎间盘突出的作用机理。方法将158例腰椎间盘突出症患者随机分为牵引配合推拿组和单独牵引组,每组各79例。单独牵引组仅给予牵引治疗,而牵引配合推拿组除给予牵引外行传统推拿手法复位,观察两组临床疗效。结果牵引配合推拿组79例患者中有23例治愈,53例好转,3例未愈,总有效率达96.2%;而单独牵引组79例患者中治愈17例,好转49例,未愈13例,总有效率为83.5%。牵引配合推拿组总有效率明显高于单独牵引组,两者比较有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论牵引配合推拿治疗腰椎间盘突出症效果显著,安全,是治疗腰椎间盘突出症的有效方法。Objective To study the treatment effect of traction and massage on lumbar disc herniation.Methods 158 cases of lumbar disc herniation were randomly divided into two groups：traction group and traction-massage group.The 79 cases of traction group only received traction treatment,while the Chinese traditional manipulation were applied in the traction-massage group.Results In traction-massage group,79 patients,23 patients were cured,53 cases improved and 3 patients not healed,the total effective rate was 96.2%,while in traction alone group,17 cases were cured,49 cases improved and 13 cases not healed.The total effective rate was 83.5%.The total effective rate of traction-massage was significantly higher than traction alone group （P〈0.05）.Conclusion The traction combined with massage treatment of lumbar disc herniation has significant effect,security,which is an important treatment method for lumbar disc herniation.
