摘　　要：目的探讨解剖型锁定钢板在治疗锁骨中段骨折中的临床意义。方法从2007年6月～2010年4月共有109例锁骨中段骨折患者进行了切开复位内固定手术治疗。对其中61例患者进行了回顾性研究。其中32例患者使用解剖型锁定钢板。结果术后平均随访13.2个月(7～35个月不等)。根据影像学以及临床检查,所有病例均达到骨折愈合标准。结论使用解剖型锁定钢板治疗锁骨中段骨折能达成骨愈合和满意的临床效果。Objective To explore the experience of treatment of treatment of clavicle midshaft fractures with anatomical type locking plate.Methods Between June 2007 and April 2010,109 cases of an open reduction and internal fixation with a plate were performed for clavicle midshaft fractures.Of them,61 patients were reviewed retrospectively.Anatomical type locking plate were used in 32 cases.Results The average time follow-up was 132 months （7～to 35 months）.According to the imaging and clinical examination,all the cases reached fracture healing standards.Conclusion Using anatomical type locking plate treating mid-clavicular fracture can reach bone healing and satisfactory clinical effects.
