胰腺结石患者的临床分析及处理策略

摘　　要：目的探讨胰腺结石患者的临床特点及手术治疗措施,提高临床效果。方法 28例胰腺结石患者作为研究对象,根据其具体情况,给予适合患者的手术方式治疗。结果本组患者手术治疗后未出现严重并发症,恢复状况良好。结论应根据诊断结果,结合患者的具体情况,综合分析患者的各方面情况,选择最适合患者的手术方法,以达到最好的手术效果。Objective To study the clinical characters and treating methods on the patients with calculus pancreas,and enhance the clinical effect.Methods 28 cases of patients with calculus pancreas as research object were given proper type of surgery therapy according to the concrete states of patients.Results The patients of this group had no incidence of serious complications after surgery,and recovered well.Conclusion It should be combine with diagnostic results and concrete states,analyze comprehensively the conditions of patients,and choose the best proper surgery type,to the aim of best surgery effect.
