摘　　要：目的总结腹腔镜游离盲肠固定术的手术经验。方法回顾自2006年1月至2010年12月行腹腔镜游离盲肠固定术的15例患者资料。结果 15例患者均手术成功,术后随访无肠穿孔及其它并发症发生。结论腹腔镜游离盲肠固定术术中严格掌握手术操作规程,是安全可行的。Objective Free summary of laparoscopic surgical experience cecal fixation.Methods Review our hospital from January 2006 to December 2010 laparoscopic appendectomy free fixation data of 15 patients.Results 15 patients were surgical success,patients were followed up without intestinal perforation and other complications occurred.Conclusion Free summary of laparoscopic surgery in the cecum fixation surgery operating rules strictly,is safe and feasible.
