摘 要:介绍了利用一步法制备可发性聚苯乙烯 (EPS)的过程。对聚合时间与转化率的关系 ,单一、复合分散剂对EPS粒度分布的影响 ,搅拌转速对平均粒径的影响进行了探讨研究 ,并对国内外同类产品进行了对比。选用羟乙基纤维素和无机分散剂并用 ,反应温度 (90± 1)℃ ,搅拌转速 44 0r/min ,可生产粒度 (0 83 3~ 3 .3 2 7mm)The one-step process of EPS production was introduced. The relationships between the polymerization time and conversion, the effect of a single or multiple dispersant on EPS granulate distribution, and the effect of agitation speed on average granulate size was studied. The comparisions between domestic products and foreign products of the same kind was also made. By choosing hydroxyethyl cellulose and inorganic dispersant the kind of EPS with average granulate size of 0.833 to 3.327 mm and concentrative size distribution was prepared. The process conditions was that reaction temperture was (90±1)℃ and agitation speed was 440 r/min.
