一次性吸痰管保留灌肠对药液保留时间、起效时间的影响

摘　　要：目的:探讨采用一次性吸痰管替代常规肛管进行小儿保留灌肠在儿科应用的效果。方法:将86例肠道感染患儿分为对照组(39例)和观察组(47例),52例有烦躁症状的患儿分为对照组(32例)和观察组(20例),对照组按传统方法用一次性肛管进行保留灌肠,观察组采用一次性吸痰管进行保留灌肠,观察并记录保留灌肠后药液保留时间及药物起效时间。结果:肠道感染观察组患儿药物保留时间明显长于对照组,观察组保留时间长于60 min的为37例,对照组为11例,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P=0.000)。烦躁患儿镇静药物起效时间早于对照组,观察组起效时间短于30 min的为24例,对照组为5例,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P=0.000)。结论:用一次性吸痰管进行小儿保留灌肠可延长药物在肠道的保留时间、缩短起效时间,有效提高治疗效果。Objective：To explore the efficacy of retention enema by disposable suction tube instead of the conventional anal enema for the pediatric patients.Methods：86 cases of patients with intestinal infections were divided into the control group（39 cases） and the observation group（47 cases）;52 patients with irritable symptoms were divided into the control group（32 cases） and the observation group（20 cases）,the control group was used the traditional retention enema by anal tube and the observation group was used retention enema by disposable suction tube,the liquid retention time and operant time of the physic liquor were observed and recorded.Results：The drug retention time in intestinal infection group was significantly longer than that of the control group,there were 37 cases who had retention timne 60 min longer in the observation group,and 11 cases in the control group,there was a significant difference in the two groups（P=0.000）.The sedative＇s operant time（less than 30 min,24 cases） in the observation group was earlier than that of the control group（5 cases）,there was a significant difference in the two groups（P=0.000）.Conclusion：Retention enema by disposable suction tube can extend drug retention time in the intestinal tract,shorten the operant time and improve therapeutic efficacy.
