摘　　要：综述了南方葡萄避雨栽培技术的各个环节,包括建园、品种选择、棚膜管理、整形修剪、花期管理、果实套袋、采后管理、病虫害综合防治以及土、肥和水的综合管理等,为南方高温多雨地区优质葡萄生产提供理论依据,并提出今后南方葡萄避雨栽培的发展建议。This study described the protected cultivation of rain shelter of grape in south China,included vineyard building,varieties selection,greenhouse film management,training and pruning,flowering period management,fruit bagging,post-harvesting management,disease and insects integrated control,fertilizing and irrigating.It was aimed to provide theoretical basis for high-quality grape production in high-temperature rainy area of south China,and putting forward suggestions for the development of protected cultivation of rain shelter of grape in south China In the future.
