含氟丙烯酸酯共聚物的制备研究

摘　　要：在四口烧瓶内加入预先制备的含氟丙烯酸酯单体质量的１／３ ，再加入溶剂，升温至７０ ～７５ ℃。余下的含氟丙烯酸酯单体与丙烯酸丁酯、甲基丙烯酸丁酯及丙二醇乙醚混合并加入偶氮二异丁腈，溶解后缓慢滴加入四口烧瓶中保温反应４ｈ ，制得含氟丙烯酸酯共聚物。该共聚物溶于对环境无害的溶剂中，用于处理皮革、纺织品、纸张，使它们具有良好的防油防水性能。The prepared fluorinated acrylic monomer (1/3 of the total) and solvent are put into a 4_mouth flask and raised to 70-75℃. The rest fluorinated acrylic monomer is mixed with butyl acrylate, butyl methylacrylate and propanediol ether, and added by azobisisobutyronitrile. After dissolution the mixture is added slowly into the 4_mouth flask and reacted for 4h, under the keeping temperature to obtain the title product.
