摘　　要：农民工作为我国庞大却弱势的特殊社会群体,是经济社会结构变迁后劳动力资源自由流动优化配置的必然结果。平稳有序合理的解决农民工问题,既有利于解决三农痼疾,又能推进国家工业化和城市化的发展。本文系统地分析了分流农民转移就业的现实意义;农民工作为农民非农就业主渠道对现代化的贡献;农民工转移就业的原因;农民工转移就业的瓶颈因素及对策等。Migrant workers is a very large social vulnerable group in China,It is an inevitable requirement of labor resources allocation after economic and social structure changes.It is not only beneficial to solve three agricultural problems,but also can promote the development of industrialization and urbanization.Based on this concept,this essay has a systematical analysis about the realistic significance of allocate or transfer peasants,the migrant workers＇ contribution to realize modernization,the causes of migrant workers transfer employment,finds out some bottleneck factors and put forward some solving methods.
