摘 要:本研究采取随机区组排列,分析育苗方式(水浮育苗、营养钵育苗、穴盘育苗)与耕作方式(翻耕、旋耕、免耕)对棉花生理特性的影响。结果表明:在湖南气候条件与栽培技术体系下,影响叶片光合速率、叶绿素含量、可溶性蛋白质(PRO)含量、丙二醛(MDA)含量的主导因子是育苗方式。水浮育苗保持较高的叶绿素、可溶性蛋白质、可溶性糖含量和较低的丙二醛含量,果枝叶片光合速率高、叶面积指数高、干物质积累多、生殖器官与营养器官比值趋于合理,营养钵次之,穴盘育苗最差,翻耕保持较高的叶绿素、可溶性蛋白质、可溶性糖含量和较低的丙二醛含量,果枝叶片光合速率高、叶面积指数高、干物质积累多、生殖器官与营养器官比值趋于合理,旋耕次之,免耕最差,水浮育苗和翻耕组合有利于增强棉株生理机能,延缓棉株衰老。The effect of nursing seedling modes and tillage treatments on the physiological characteristics of cotton was analyzed with random blocks arrangement and 3 replications per treatment.The results showed: under the climatic condition and the cultivation technique system of Hunan Province,nursing seedling modes were the leading factor of affects on leaf photosynthesis rate,the chlorophyll content,the soluble protein(PRO) and malondialdehyde(MDA).Higher content of chlorophyll,soluble protein,soluble sugar and lower content of malondialdehyde were maintained by using water floating nursing seedling mode.The high photosynthetic efficiency of fruit branch leaves,index of leaf area and more dry material accumulation were tested.The ratio of reproductive organ and vegetative organ tends to be reasonable,follows by the nutrient bowl,and plug seedling was the worst.Higher content of chlorophyll,soluble protein,soluble sugar and lower content of malondialdehyde were maintained by using plowing as treatment.The high photosynthetic efficiency of fruit branch leaves,index of leaf area and more dry material accumulation were tested.The ratio of reproductive organ and vegetative organ tends to be reasonable,follows by rotary tillage,and no-tillage was the worst.The combination of water floating nursing seedling and plowing was advantageous to strengthen the physiology function and delay the senescence of cotton plant.
