摘　　要：本文旨在通过对《被遗弃的韦瑟罗尔奶奶》和《献给艾米丽的玫瑰花》中韦瑟罗尔奶奶和艾米丽的人物形象对比及两位女性人物的塑造手法的分析比较,以使读者对两部作品有更深刻的理解。在意识流、象征手法、叙事视角和控制对话描写的手段下,两位女性人物的人物形象丰满,性格被凸显出来,鲜明生动,栩栩如生。The paper sets out to compare the female characters Granny Weatherall and Emily and the characterization in The Jilting of Granny Weatherall and A Rose for Emily. Readers are expected to have a deep understanding of the two works with the help of the comparison. It is found that through the technique of stream-of-consciousness, symbolism and narrative point of view and the control of dialogue description, the two characters are enriched and highlighted.
