摘　　要：目的了解大学生常见的心理问题类型及对寻求帮助的态度。方法采用自编的朋辈咨询热线相关问题调查表,以完全随机路拦访问法对某工科院校本科生319名(男女比例201∶118,理工科专业占79%,其他专业占21%,年龄为(20.30±1.778)进行了调查。结果有221人(占69.3%)在最近一个月出现心理困惑,困惑的问题以学习问题(占35.1%)为主,在出现心理困惑时多数学生选择独自面对(占57.7%),较少寻求帮助,特别是很少寻求专业帮助。结论大学生心理困惑较多而不愿寻求帮助,应开展有针性的心理健康教育,增强大学生对求助行为的主观认可,培养有问题寻求帮助的习惯。Objective To explore the types of undergraduates＇ mental health problems and their attitudes toward help seeking.Methods Totally 319 undergraduates（201 males and 118 females,79% science and engineering majors,21% other majors,with the average age of 20.30±1.778 years） were investigated with peer counseling helpline related questionnaire by random on-the-way interview.Results There were 221（69.3%） undergraduates who had mental health problems in the last one month,and the main problem（35.1%） was related to study.Most students（57.7%） handled their problem by themselves,and seldom asked for any help,especially professional help.Conclusion Most undergraduates have mental health problems but are unwilling to seek help.Therefore,we should conduct useful mental health education to enhance students＇ acceptance of help seeking behavior and cultivate their habit of asking for help when in trouble.
