摘  要:八年制医学教育是我国今后的发展方向。熟练的专业实践技能和解决临床医学实际问题的能力是其重要基础。目前,八年制医学生的临床教学课程设置不合理,临床技能教学内容少,方式单一,教师队伍需要提高等问题,严重影响了医学生临床教学效果。因此要加强临床技能教学。通过完善八年制医学生的课程设置,提高教师的教学水平,积极探索新型教学模式,构建功能完善的临床技能培训平台,开展形式多样的临床技能培训方式,可提高八年制医学生的临床技能和实践能力。为培养高素质临床医生奠定坚实基础。Eight-year medical education is the development direction of our country's medical education.Mastering specialized practical skills and the capability of resolving clinical problems are the most important basis.In recent years,there have still existed some problems such as improper curricular arrangement,inadequate contents of clinical skill teaching,monotonous means of teaching and undesirable teaching level,which have seriously affected the effectiveness of clinical education teaching.Some aspects must be highlighted in reforming the curricular arrangement,upgrading teachers' teaching level,exploring new modes of teaching,constructing a clinical skill training platform with comprehensive functions,and conduct various forms of clinical skill training means so as to improve clinical skills and practical capability of eight-year medical students and train high-quality clinicians.
