摘　　要：针对雨刮电机在线恒负载精确测试的要求,以虚拟仪器技术为核心,设计了一套雨刮电机测试系统,系统能精确实现电机产品指标测试与标定,并有波形显示和数据处理、存储等功能。经实际运行表明,系统性能稳定,能满足生产线的测试要求。A wiper motor testing system is designed,it is based on virtual instrument technology and aim at the accurate wiper motor online testing under constant load.The system can realize the motor testing and calibration along with the waveform display and testing data storage,etc.It has been verified that the system which can match the requirements in product line has steady performance.
