摘 要:基于强度调制及直接检测(IM/DD)原理,利用18×1 W大功率白光LED照明灯,以开关键控和二进制非归零码(OOK-NRZ)调制方式实现了可见光通信(VLC)系统的室内单向下行通信。为优化LED光源的布局,对光链路视线(LOS)信道损耗进行了理论分析,对LED光源建模并进行光线追迹仿真。系统采用基于TCP/IP的VLC网关驱动4盏LED光源,对36 m2室内面积的无缝覆盖,在区域内通信速率为90 kbps时误码率(BER)低于10-3,局部范围内可达到285 kbps无误码传输,实现了VLC与照明的有机结合。Based on intensity modulation and direct detection(IM/DD) principle,with a combination of on-off keying modulation and non-return to zero coding(OOK-NRZ),an 18×1 W high power white LED lamp is utilized to realize the indoor simplex downlink visible light communication(VLC) system.A physical model of the LED under investigation was established,and both the ray-tracing simulation and the line-of-sight(LOS) analytical results were used to optimize the LED layout.A VLC system composed of 4 LED lamps driven by a single TCP/IP based VLC gateway was demonstrated,which could cover an area of 36 m2 seamlessly,which ensures that the system′s bit error rate(BER) is under 10-3 while the bit rate is 90 kbps within this area.In some extreme situations the data rate can be up to 285 kbps without any error being detected.This result exemplifies a combination of illumination and VLC.
