摘  要:提出一种基于单端腐蚀结构的光纤Bragg光栅(FBG),用于膜反应器内生物膜厚度和温度的同时测量。给出单端腐蚀FBG对外部介质折射率(SRI)与温度同时测量的理论模型,制作腐蚀区直径约为7.1-7.4μm的单端腐蚀FBG传感器。实验结果表明,传感器在SRI为1.333-1.355内具有较好的线性度,折射率灵敏度为6.894 nm/riu,与理论值6.83 nm/riu基本吻合,若采用波长分辨率为1pm的光谱分析仪,则对生物膜厚度和温度的分辨率分别为15.36±0.85μm和0.12℃。A biofilm sensor based on the single-end etched fiber Bragg grating(FBG) is proposed and is used for simultaneous measurement of biofilm thickness and temperature in the biofilm reactor.The theoretical model for the simultaneous measurement of surrounding refractive index(SRI) and temperature by the single-end etched FBG is presented,and the linear approximation for the SRI sensitivity is given.A single-end etched FBG with the diameter of the etched region of approximately 7.1-7.4 μm was fabricated.Experimental results demonstrate that the sensor shows a good linear property and SRI sensitivity of 6.894±0.029 nm/riu in the refractive index range from 1.333 to about 1.355,approximately agreeing with the simulated value of 6.83 nm/riu.Also,by using a spectral unit with wavelength resolution of 1 pm,the resolutions of 15.36±0.85 μm and 0.12 ℃ for the biofilm thickness and temperature are realized respectively.
