摘  要:为降低等离子体显示器(PDP)动态假轮廓(DFC)改善中的抖动噪声,提出了一种抖动区域宽度自适应变化并融合孤立像素点分离的随机抖动改善DFC方法。首先分析DFC干扰条纹的特性,得到符合视觉特性的DFC评测方法;然后根据DFC的严重程度计算相应的抖动区域宽度,采用融合孤立像素点分离的随机抖动方法实现未被选取的灰度级。仿真和显示实验结果表明,在DFC得到改善的同时,图像灰度级能够平滑显示,可实现抖动区域和抖动噪声的最小化;和对称抖动区域及整幅图像抖动两种方法相比,本文方法显示图像的峰值信噪比(PSNR)分别提高了1.33 dB和2.46 dB。In order to reduce the dither noise caused by the improvement of dynamic false contour(DFC) in plasma display panels(PDPs),a method using adaptive dither region and random dither combined with minor pixel separation(MPS) is proposed.The luminance distribution of DFC stripe is analyzed and the evaluated method for DFC is obtained according to human vision characteristics.The width of the dither region was computed and changed according to the evaluated results of DFC,and the random dither combined with MPS was used to realize the unselected gray scales.The simulation and experiment results show that the gray scales of images can be expressed smoothly,while the DFC is improved.The dither region and dither noise can be kept the minimum.The peak signal noise ratios(PSNR) of images displayed with method are enhanced by 1.33 dB and 2.46 dB than that of the fixed symmetrical dither region and full image dithering,respectively.
