摘  要:采用盆栽试验研究了干旱胁迫下光皮树无性系苗木叶片含水量、水势、质膜相对透性、丙二醛含量、可溶性糖含量、蛋白质及脯氨酸含量的变化。结果表明:在干旱胁迫期间各无性系苗木叶片的生理生化指标存在一定差异,但其变化趋势基本一致。叶片含水量和水势随着干旱胁迫进程加深而降低,在胁迫后期下降明显;可溶性糖在干旱胁迫初期迅速积累,蛋白质含量则迅速下降,随后两者趋于稳定;脯氨酸含量在胁迫初期迅速升高,然后上升变缓,直至停止。质膜相对透性在干旱胁迫期间总体上变化幅度小,而丙二醛含量在胁迫初期明显升高,至胁迫中期达到最高,然后稍下降。本研究还发现干旱胁迫对光皮树膜系统损伤生成的主要降解产物不是丙二醛。在研究生理生化指标与抗旱性关系的基础上,采用隶属函数法对光皮树10个无性系进行抗旱性综合评价,其中抗旱性强的无性系有G02、G14,G17、G23,中等的有G24、G16和G20,弱的有G35、G34和G21。The changes of water content,water potential,relative permeability of plasma membrane,MDA content,soluble sugar content,protein and proline content of seedling leaves of 10 clones from Cornus wilsoniana were studied under drought stress in a pot experiment.The results show that the physiological and chemical indices of seedling leaves among the 10 clones were,to some extent,different,but their change trends were basically accordant during drought stress.With the strengthening of drought stress,water content and water potential decreased,and significantly declined at the later stage of stress;soluble sugar rapidly accumulated but the protein content decreased rapidly at the earlier stage of stress and then both the contents approached a steady state;the proline content increased quickly at the earlier stage of stress and rose slightly as stress continued until it stopped rising.The change of relative conductance rate kept relatively steady on the whole.MDA content increased obviously at the earlier stage of stress and reached a peak at the middle stage and then declined slightly.It was also found in this study that MDA is not the main product of lipid peroxidation in the clones of Cornus wilsoniana.The drought resistance of 10 clones of Cornus wilsoniana was comprehensively evaluated by subordinate function method based on the relationship between physiological-biochemical indices and drought resistance.The clones of G02,G14,G17 and G23 belonged to the strong drought resistance,G24,G16 and G20 the medium,G35,G34 and G21 the weak.
