北美一球悬铃木无性系叶片体胚发生研究

摘　　要：通过对北美一球悬铃木叶片体胚发生研究发现,以自新稍顶端往下第2～3位叶为材料,暗培养条件下,叶片愈伤组织诱导、体胚发生的最佳培养配方分别为:MS基本培养基,蔗糖30g/L,琼脂6g/L,pH 5.7,附加NAA 0.2mg/L、IBA 0.3mg/L、6-BA 0.3mg/L;MS基本培养基,蔗糖40g/L,琼脂6g/L,pH 5.7,附加激素配比组合C效果最佳。The best medium conbinations for callus induncing and somatic embryogenesis of Platanus occidentalis was comfirmed through our study.The 2nd or 3rd position leaves from the top were chosen and cultured in dark.MS medium with sucrose 30 g/L,agar 6 g/L,pH 5.7,NAA 0.2 mg/L,IBA 0.3 mg/L,6-BA 0.3 mg/L worked best for callus inducing,while MS medium with sucrose 40 g/L,agar 6 g/L,pH 5.7,supplied with the hormone mixture active C,for the somatic embryogenesis.
