摘　　要：主要介绍了灰色系统理论的产生与发展,灰色系统理论的基本概念。重点阐述灰色系统理论的建模机理和步骤,并对灰色系统理论的GM(1,1)和GM(1,N)的两种常见模型的基本原理和建模过程进行了详细说明。最终建立工程造价的GM(1,1)、GM(1,N)预测模型。The production and development introduced and basic concept of Grey System Theory were introduced.The modelling mechanism and steps of Grey System Theory were elaborated with emphasis,and the basic principles and the modelling process of GM（1,1） and GM（1,N）,two kinds of common model of Grey System Theory were explained in detail.GM（1,1） and GM（1,N） forecast models about project cost were established at last.
